Joan Teaken is a graduate of the 3-year Teacher training Program of the CDM Psychic Institute in the United States. The seven CDM schools across Canada & the US dedicated to teaching & encouraging individuals to focus on spiritual growth, self-healing and clairvoyance. Joan is the only CDM teacher here in Australia. You will find her teaching style includes lots of lightness, amusement & ease. Aura/Chakra readings with Joan are recommended to enhance your growth journey, and are $100.

Although in her 8th decade , Joan  maintains a busy teaching schedule, teaching the Meditation program (Courses 1&2) and the Diploma of Intuitive Counselling (Course 3) as well as the Kundalini workshop, and also  sees clients privately for Aura/Chakra Readings.

Intriguing psychic experiences in her early twenties led Shauna Teaken to consult Margaret Dent, one of Australia’s leading psychics and trance mediums.  Margaret took Shauna into her training program for developing mediums, where the focus was on training to be a ‘platform medium’ in the style popularized today by John Edwards. Almost 30 years later, and after owning a Natural Therapies centre and a bookstore, training in diverse fields and giving thousands of psychic readings, Shauna’s focus has shifted.

Rather than connecting people with their loved ones who have ‘ moved on’, she connects them with their own inner gifts and talents. Rather than passing on communications from ‘the other side’, she connects you with your own inner knowing and intuition.
