Learning simple meditation techniques can transform your stress levels and bring energy and enthusiasm into every day. Experience how you can
- be calm, clear & clairvoyant - in any situation, in 30 seconds
- clear negative energy around yourself, others, your home, office, etc;
- release the past and be in the ‘Now’;
- develop your intuitive abilities;
- start healing your body.
In this Course you will:
· Learn to relax deeply and feel refreshed
· Switch off your mind (an over-busy mind can be very tiring!)
· Clear your emotions (often past shock, grief or anger keeps us in a state of tension)
· Develop intuition & energy-sensing abilities (your own inner knowing or ‘gut feeling’ can be hard to access when you’re stressed, tired or in overwhelm)
· Stop being overly affected by other people’s worries, thoughts & emotions (including family & spouse).
The basis of the course is learning how to focus and relax at the same time., which brings amazing results in how well you feel, how well you sleep, and how positively you face each day’s ups and downs. You will learn how to step into this ‘zone’ of inner calm with our 30 second ‘Inner Calm’ technique.
Being able to be relaxed yet focused means you can release unwanted energy - old emotions, tension & worry so that you can feel energized and clear in your decision making process, your relationships and your health.
Being relaxed yet focused will allow your body’s natural healing ability to work unimpeded – even long standing conditions can start to improve.
Using the Source Meditation, you’ll relax easily; release stress and anxiety from past situations; problem solve and receive creative inspiration effortlessly; clarify what really matters to you –radiant health, successful career, intimate relationships - and then establish energetic pathways towards it; rejuvenate your body, and develop your intuitive abilities.
Our classes are relaxed and enjoyable - there’s no exercise component, no mysticism - you’ll be comfortably seated in a warm and cosy environment. Our students include professional people such as doctors, solicitors and nurses, students, mums at home, businesswomen and retirees. There’s lots of opportunity to ask questions, and each session builds on the last, so that by the end of the 6 week course, you can easily relax and focus in 30 seconds!
At your Source - the core of who you are- you are a radiant, abundant being with no limits – it is simply an accumulation of stress, beliefs, concepts and ideas which means you can’t easily be that being in everyday life. The brilliant thing is that any one can learn to do the techniques, which have no religious slant, & are not based on ‘positive thinking’ or affirmations. Course 1 can be taken alone, as part of the Luscious Woman program or as the base for the Diploma program.
6 week program, 2 hours per week.
Next Course - Commences Wednesday 24th February 2010 from 7pm-9pm and runs until 31st March. The Course includes a Guided Meditation CD for home practice and full instruction manual.
