Give Up Ageing - ‘Youth-ing’ is More Fun
Loading ...My belief that our bodies are not designed to age, and that we can, in fact, reverse ageing comes from the realisation that
1. You are not your body. You have a body, but it is not Who You Are. Who we are, who YOU are - is timeless and ageless. If you like to think of it another way, your Soul is not in your body, your Body is in your Soul! We know already that “time” is a construct, a concept, a belief. In fact Time is not linear, there is no Past, Present or Future. There is actually only Now. The Past is over; it exists only as a memory trace. The Future hasn’t happened yet.
2. What we perceive as our present physical state is only a representation of everything we have thought and done in the Past, culminating in Today. But, I realised, that’s an illusion. You can’t take that as reality, it’s simply how things ‘Appear’ to be right now. You create each moment fresh – as you put your foot down to take the next step, you create that new experience. So why not create a different reality?
3. SO, I reasoned, if the essence of who I am is energy – timeless, ageless, infinitely creative, the Truth is, all that stops my body fully reflecting that State is my programming or belief systems that say that I can’t, it’s wrong to, or it’s not possible.
4. I also figure that we have built up some fears around not ageing that can be pretty powerful, like –
- If I don’t age, what will happen to all my friends and loved ones, will I be left alone as they age and die?
- If I appear not to age, will I be singled out, shunned, tortured, burned as a witch?
- Is this going against god’s laws, or the Laws of Nature?
- Is this some kind of black magic or voodoo?
- What’s the point of living longer, won’t I get bored, or why would I want to keep working forever?
There are probably plenty more erroneous beliefs which will surface as you begin your Youthing process – they can all be worked with and released. There are all untrue! Life is endlessly creative, expansive and joyous. Constantly ask questions - how does it get any better than this? The universe will show you!
