Shauna uses her many years experience as a Psychic Channel to ‘read’ the energy of the group and individuals to facilitate transformation. The Philosophy Behind Spiritual Mastermind

After working with thousands of women both in Courses and one-on-one sessions, and after attending many personal growth courses herself  through the last 30 years, Shauna Teaken has identified the  keys areas which prove troublesome for all women at some time, and strategies and processes to move through difficulties  with grace and ease.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  However, the cost in terms of time and money to attend regular counselling or therapy sessions and workshops and courses can be a major stumbling block to resolving conflicts and issues - so most people struggle on as best they can.

The idea of a Spiritual Mastermind Group is to work through the five key areas with a mixture of guided meditations and visualisations, group discussion and some amazing energetic processes drawn from Shauna’s experience as a masterful energy transformer. While it is possible within a group setting to clear past traumas, sabotages, habits, addictions and negative thought patterns, the focus in Spiritual Mastermind is on your personal, private experience and there is no necessity to share that in group discussion. The sessions begin producing transformations in people’s lives very quickly.

 The power of group energy work is phenomenal, meeting like-minded people is uplifting, and a weekly meditation can be a real lifesaver in our stressful, busy world. Our style of meditation may be different from what you expect!  You’re comfortably seated in a lovely air-conditioned space, with a group which ranges from 6-26 people each week. You’re guided through some simple yet effective steps to assist you to relax, unwind and refresh.You can take these steps and use them to be in a relaxed, alert state at any time in your busy life. We have a theme or process each week around the concept of creating Abundance in health, wealth, relationships, creativity or wherever you may feel lack in your life. We have regular tools and tips which will powerfully change your abundance state - participants regularly report on ‘miraculous’ windfalls, amazing ’coincidences’ and astonishing ’strokes of luck’ after implementing some very simple tools! 

In addition, if you have a business or modality that you practice, you’re invited to bring along your flyers to place on our goodies table (we always have cake, cookies and other nibblies for tea break)  as we are about creating Abundance on all levels - friendships, networks, ideas, inspiring stories.
